The 30000 series is a limited express train of Kintetsu Railway that appeared in 1978, and was nicknamed 'Vista Car III.' The two middle cars have a distinctive two-story structure, which increases the capacity of the second floor seats and improves comfort. 15 trains were introduced by 1985, but they were gradually renovated between 1996 and 2000 and remodeled into 'Vista EX.'
