The Taki 1900 was manufactured in 1964 as a 40-ton cement transport tank car. It is currently only used between Higashi-Fujiwara on the Sangi Railway and Yokkaichi on the JR Kansai Main Line. The Taki 1900 belonging to Taiheiyo Cement is characterized by the fact that only the center hatch is large on the top.
