Wagons could be found in countless different liveries belonging to independent companies as well as railway companies. This private owner wagon is based on Guest Keen & Nettlefolds Ltd’ which would have mainly transported coal in the Welsh region. Guest Keen & Nettlefolds can be traced back as early as 1759 and played a part in the Industrial Revolution as the founders John Guest, Arthur Keen, and Joseph Henry Nettlefold were key figures in iron and steel production.
